New Lusophone Studies representative for UCML (University Council of Modern Languages).

Hilary Owen is very pleased to inform the members that she has now been elected as the Lusophone Studies representative for UCML (University Council of Modern Languages). Further information is available at: http://www.ucml.ac.uk/ This responsibility was previously part of the combined Hispanic and Lusophone Studies brief, but separate representation of Lusophone Studies was agreed at the UCML AGM in July this year.

Members are very welcome to contact her on hilary.owen@manchester.ac.uk regarding any issues relating to Lusophone Studies in UK Higher Education, that they feel should be brought to the attention of UCML.
